Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
ProjectPlace is used as secure project-management platform with our clients as well as the workspace to manage our virtual team of experts across the globe. While we're not yet using the full functionality of ProjectPlace, the document management and versioning and online meetings are the two functionalities ranked highly on our current use of ProjectPlace
- Document management and reporting on changes in document working space
- Easy integration with various applications particularly MS-Office suite
- Access rights to workspaces, folders, ... easily managed
- Online meeting functionality to be extended with videoconferencing
- A MS-Office add-on functionality as additional menu with main ProjectPlace links/functionalities added in particularly outlook
- Savings in travel and allowing more frequent project discussions within team and with customers
- Document management organisation and easy retrieval of information by customers and by experts within team
