Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
We use Projectplace to manage our workloads and streamline our business processes. We have been able to improve and document complex business processes and keep better tracking of our work. Furthermore, the digital space eliminated meetings and lots and lots of paper!
Pros
- Managing your team's work - I can assign work and check on status on the go...
- Eliminating emails, we use the communication function and it has reduced emails between the team
- Physical kanban boards are replaced with electronic and better versions, collaboration improves
Cons
- I would like to be able to assign a card to more than one person
- It would be great to be able to create a template board and use it over and over again
- Improved Collaboration
- Resource and on-boarding requests are quicker
- Ability to add metrics to some processes
