Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
My company participates in European Union multidisciplinary projects for which Projectplace the common tool. In a specific project for public administration we are only a reseller. Different kinds of users, usually from the department of engineering, project developers and research and development. English is common language because of the European Union nature of the projects for which Projectplace is used.

- Projectplace file editing we do not like
- The videoconferencing system is poor
- We have got a ROI as reseller, not as a service provider
Our organization has mainly used task management tools such as CA service desk, Jira software or Gantt based project management tools such as Microsoft project. However we have chosen Projectplace for the management of European R&D projects for its repository and its communication capacity.
