Overall Satisfaction with Proofpoint Email Protection
It is being used across the organization. It is used for email encryption, URL protection in emails, scanning emails for viruses, and the like.

- Ease of use of administration interface
- Support is very knowledgeable
Cons
- None so far
- In 3 years we had only one phishing campaign directed at us, and it was easy to handle the situation
- Ease of managing the product
- Pricing was very competitive
