Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I run a media production company which has multiple accounts across different social media platforms. There's a lot of content that I need to publish daily and if I post it separately on each platform it takes a lot of time so I've linked all the social media accounts to Publer. This makes it easier to manage all the accounts from a single dashabord and saves plenty lot of time. I have also added a few team members inside the Publer app who can publish and manage content.

Pros

Publishing speed is really fast, the content is published is just a few seconds
They support all the social media platforms
They provide frequent updates to their web and mobile apps
Support is very fast

Cons

App improvement for older android versions as some people still use old phones
Although support reply time is not bad but it could be improved to provide assistance very quickly
Discount for students could be added

Return on Investment

I had a team of four people publishing content for my business and now I have a team of two who could do the same amount of work
When I wasn't using Publer for my business, sometime I had to work extra hours to publish all the content but now publishing and managing content has becomes fast
Publer has saved me some business expenses and time

Usability

What I love the most about Publer is their clean and modern user interface. When I first started using Publer it took me just a few minutes to get used to the publishing dashboard. They also have mobile apps which allows me to check everything if I am away from my laptop. The mobile apps interface is similar to that of the web so it's easy to use.

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite
Buffer

I found Hootsuite and Buffer after searching about content management tools on the internet. They are great tools as well but in terms of pricing, Publer has got better plans. Pricing really matters for people with small to medium size businesses and I think Publer offers two in one. So you get all the features which works great at a less price.

My business runs online and it has multiple social media accounts. Publer has helped me manage them all from a single place (creating, publishing, editing, deleting, and more). Sometimes I have to post more than 30 images in a day on all my accounts. If I post them one by one, it will take hours but I have created a group inside the Publer app using which I can post the image to all accounts with a single click. This way less effort is required. So the more content or accounts you have, Publer will save more of your time.
