Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Pulseway as a back-up asset tracker and for the ability to run reports, push software updates, and rarely (but sometimes) take over control of a users screen when needed. The asset management aspect & pushing software upgrades en masse are the most important aspects of utilizing this tool.

Usability

It's easy to understand and navigate to the features that are needed. I would give it a higher rating if the remote management aspect of the tool was better -- I often have issues with that loading very, very slowly. Apart from that, the tool does all I want it to do.

Likelihood to Recommend

Pulseway is a helpful tool to push software updates to large amounts of computers. We have over 500 devices in our organization, and it would not be scalable to make upgrades from device to device. Pulseway allows us to push updates that happen automatically (auto-magically) when a device goes online and hits our network.
