We were using the modules - Application Control and Security Managed Services, PMO Managed Services, Application Managed Services. Business Problem was: Internal CRM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Atlassian required Application Control and Security Managed Services solution which can automate the time-intensive, manual activities required to monitor. We also required predictive and prescriptive insights. From a PMO business case standpoint -it is about navigating a complex regulatory and risk environment along with addressing ongoing cost confinements.
