Overall Satisfaction with QEdge

In our organisation, the QEdge Quality Management System (QMS), QEdge -Document control and QEdge Training management systems is pivotal for optimising quality processes. It resolves challenges like uneven compliance hurdles, and workflow inefficiencies. By automating Quality management system, documentation, and reporting is reduce manual work flow. It enhance decision making process and reduce time to complete quality task.

Pros

  • QEdge all software are compliant to pharmaceutical regulatory standard.
  • It is customisation as per our requirements.
  • There integration with each other reduce duplication of work.

Cons

  • Its user interface is to update so we can easily navigate.
  • Dashboard feature need to provide in QEdge QMS so we could track QMS activity easily.
  • Software work slow while handling large data and takes time to complete task.
  • Regulatory compliance increase the company image during inspections.
  • Automated work flow decrease time to complete task.
  • We could work from any time and any where which is not possible in manual systems.
The QEdge rating reflects both its strengths and shortcomings. Its compliance tools, automation features, and scalability shine, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Its service and support from vendor also appreciable. However, due to some scope of improvement in software which could easy our task during routine work. I have given 8 rating out of 10.

QEdge all software are well suited for pharmaceutical industry where regulatory compliance is mandatory and large organisation with number of employees are more where we could provide training easily through QEdge Training management system and to handle quality management systems. QEdge Document control is also well suited for organisation where need to setup automated document work flow.
