Overall Satisfaction with QEdge

We are using three software of QEdge like QEdge -QMS, QEdge-DC and QEdge- TMS in my organisation. QEdge simplifies quality management systems by providing collaborating work flow for change management, Deviation management, CAPA management in our organisation. Its software QEdge Document control also used for document management in my organisations. Its simplifies and standardised work flow of document handling and approval. It is used in all department like Quality assurance, production, Quality control for various quality functions.

Pros

  • Its collaborative workflow for SOP approval is simple and quick.
  • It streamline change management and deviation management process.
  • It reduced risk of regulatory non compliance .

Cons

  • Dashboard functionality need to implement for QMS tracking.
  • Change control report generation is not customisation as per requirement.
  • System assign same number for different QMS like CAPA.
  • Its increased productivity and expedite document approval process.
  • Improved organisation alignment with regulatory authorities
  • Document tracking and traceability become easier
I would rate QEdge 8 out of 10 for its simplified workflow that allows new users to navigate easily. Its improved and streamlined Quality Management processes have significantly reduced task completion time and enhanced productivity.it advanced features for tracking training progress, offering interactive modules, and providing detailed analytics on user performance.

QEdge all software are well suited for organisation where regulatory acceptation are more as compared to other non regulated industry. Its is best for organisation where work flow is scattered and need to convert in to organised work flow. It is less suited for organisation with smaller number of employee with limited budget.
