Overall Satisfaction with Quadient Accounts Payable

Quadient Accounts Payable offers an affordable, easy-to-use option for purchase orders and invoice processing that integrates with our Sage 300 ERP system with ease.

Pros

  • Importing invoices.
  • Inquiries are easy to use.
  • Simple to use and understand for the not so tech savvy users.

Cons

  • I wish the export function allowed more options for the posting date of invoices. All invoices have the same posting date once they reach Sage 300, but this must be changed when they reach the transaction file. We should have the option of using the invoice date as the posting date or a selected date.
  • Saves time after the payable cycle when gathering information for audits, etc.
Simple, easy, inexpensive...it does what we need it to do.
