Overall Satisfaction with Quadient Accounts Payable

We use Quadient Accounts Payable for Invoice coding, approval and importing into Sage50. The product addresses avoiding printing paper invoices and having a digital copy that can be seen by multiple people at once. We can also push through more invoices faster and see approvals quicker from multiple people within the company either on desktop or phone.

Pros

  • Uploading invoices
  • Remembering the company
  • Reading invoice numbers

Cons

  • Remembering department coding
  • new update on duplicates hard to use
  • not accepting excel
  • Helped to avoid hiring a second person to do invoicing
Since the update there are certain things that i do not like compared to previous. You cant compare the duplicates side by side. The layout is a little less straight forward.

We use an accounting email that automatically forwards invoices to the system and they are input and read by the system before we even go back into the system. This helps to get the invoices ready asap.
