Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are migration to using the Quadient Inspire software across the organization. Inspire addresses many things that we were just unable to do very easily using our legacy document generation including a single source for commonly used resources such as a logo and allows for us to implement a common look and feel of documents throughout the organization and update that company style in a single location. A logo change occurred prior to implementation of Inspire products which forced us to have to update tens of thousands of surfaces and some were still missed, but with Inspire a single file can be updated and all of those surfaces are updated in a matter of seconds. Inspire also allows for approval processes to be implemented with ease, which would take quite a bit longer to develop in our legacy systems.

Support Rating

Quadient Support is always available to answer questions and quickly determine issues and are very knowledgeable about the products they support. I also like having an assigned representative from support as having that consistent customer experience from support is also very helpful, although each support person I have worked with has been super friendly and knowledgeable.

Usability

Overall all of the Inspire products that we use(Scaler, Interactive, Designer, Dynamic Communications) are easy to use. Interactive can sometimes give us issues when developing through Designer as there are several features that are available in Designer, but not supported in Interactive.

Overall the Inspire Products are simple to use and provide a great solution to document generation. Being a Software Engineer I love that Inspire products allow for custom scripting so that if built in functionality is not enough custom scripts can be developed. Quadient Support is always available to answer questions and quickly determine issues and are very knowledgeable about the products they support.

Quadient Inspire is a great, easy-to-use product that allows for custom scripting to handle any use case that we throw at it.
