Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics CoreXM

In my opinion, based on an IT view, Qualtrics CoreXM provide a horrible experience. In my opinion the whole API should not exist. In my opinion, they didn’t understand basic IT concepts like « How to do rest API » or what is the acceptable json format. In my opinion, they don’t respect the json standard. In my experience, you can ask from 2 different places the same data, and the output isn’t structure the same way. The json structure change.

For normal users, the tools seems pretty good.
They never response properly to my concern.
In my opinion, you won’t like if you want to interact with your IT team.
