Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics CoreXM
I used Qualtrics to set up some demographic surveys. I used it to determine participant user base and information such as age, gender, years of experience in a certain field, education level, etc.
- Variety of questions you can ask.
- Easy to rearrange order of questions.
- Good tracking of analytics.
- The margins have some restrictions when adding images.
- The display of images in surveys can be skewed from preview.
- It's a good tool to collect data to meet business goals.
- Can take some time to learn.
- Reports are easy to export.
- UserTesting, Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) and SurveyMonkey
My institution at the time was using the free version of Qualtrics. We use UserTesting at work currently since we have licenses paid for. Qualtrics isn't bad at with the institution level of license but it could be better. Overall, the interface is not as exciting or eye catching but it does the job.
