Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Quixy is one of the best tools we found to automate our manual process within various departments at our organization. This robust and adaptable solution has helped us in our digital transformation journey. We encouraged citizen development across the departments such as Finance, Sales, Material, and Inventory, etc. We have developed applications such as Customer Management, Inventory Management, Material Management, etc. The apps have been developed internally by the department themselves and the same is being updated based on the change in business processes.

Pros

Purchase Management: Using Quixy we developed the purchase management application which helped the procurement team to receive quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate based on the parameters.
Customer Management: Our sales team has developed this app to capture customer information from various events and exhibitions and also from the site visits they make. We are no able to track the payments, documents or any other communication made with a customer through this app.
Material Movement: As a construction company we deal with the moving of material between multiple sites. Using Quixy, material movement can be tracked easily at all times.

Cons

The Map Controls feature within the app can be better.
The user communities and the online help content can be improved.
