Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vance has decided to digitalize and bring all our software utilization under one roof. In doing so, it had to be a seamless transition and digitization of all processes within our company. What is a better way to adapt to this change, well we decided to go the NO CODE route? We are happy to say that we choose Quixy as our digitalization partner.

Using Quixy, we automated our processes related to Purchase, Stores, Quality Control & Assurance, Inventory Management, Attendance & Logistics departments.

In developing these apps, now there is integration across all departments from the start of material purchase to the dispatch of goods. Data access and transparency across all levels of the organization & departments is what I love about this whole process.

In general, Quixy is a great tool that can automate any existing business process in a relatively short period of time without the need for coding skills.

In pharma to be specific Quixy can be challenging to implement for BMR/ BPR's (doable but challenging)
While it does exceptionally well for Purchase, Inventory Management and Quality Assurance / Control.
