QuoteWerks is used by multiple departments, inside and outside sales, to compile quotes.

Pros and Cons

Showcases net profit.
Customizable database for our product types.
Quick and easy to create a deliverable PDF.

UI seems a decade behind.
Not always the best integrating with CRM software.
Not the easiest to drag and drop. Text formatting gets skewed.

Return on Investment

Easy for other salesfolk to find my previous quotes to customers.
Bad UI. It can be time-consuming to edit (time=money).
Slow CRM integration. Systems don't always get updated.

Likelihood to Recommend

Anyone in any sort of quoting business can utilize QuoteWerks. It can be difficult to navigate sometimes so not an easy interface for new hires and would require a decent amount of training.
