Overall Satisfaction with Recurly
Recurly is our billing subscription management tool that we use with most of our customers. It allows us to create customer subscriptions, collect payment details, and bill customers based on their subscription plan type.
Pros
- Recurly provides detailed account records such as when billing for a customer is updated inside our software, renewal information, past due amounts, the list goes on and on.
- It is easy to view information and quickly update customer billing information when needed.
- The Support team is quick to respond whenever we run into an issue.
Cons
- It would be great to have the ability to generate a single payment invoice that details all the past due invoices, etc. This can be tough for larger customers that may have multiple in a month.
- It would be extremely helpful to be able to re-generate an invoice once it's been set up. Sometimes we need to update a customer's company name if it's changed and have to do it manually rather than in the system.
- It's given us the ability to quickly create subscriptions for customers that want to get started right away.
- With the integration we've set up with our software, customers are able to edit billing, view invoices and manage their subscription right from within our platform, which is super helpful.
