Overall Satisfaction with Recurly

We use Recurly to manage our paid membership programs. It does a great job of handling the various billing cycles (monthly quarterly annually) across our two membership programs.

Pros

  • The API allows for custom integrations
  • The reporting suite covers a lot of questions asked by our business
  • Web portal is designed well

Cons

  • Its difficult to pull data back into our data warehouse for further analysis
  • The API has allowed us to build a "My Account" portal for our members which allows them to view and manage their subscriptions.
The web portal is easy to navigate for our program administrators. The API and documentation is helpful for our engineering team
We haven't need to leverage our customer success managers. I believe this is because we were able to answer our own question with the documentation or reaching out to support when needed.
Easy and straight forward to navigate. There is documentation to help explain things.
Recurly has more flexibility for custom integrations with other platforms such as Klaviyo
