Overall Satisfaction with Recurly
We use Recurly to manage our paid subscription business. Recurly's built-in reporting is a game-changer, giving us instant metrics to measure results and identify areas in need of attention.
Pros
- The ease of running reports with clear charts and graphs makes it easy to spot trends.
- The ability to add new products or subscription packages can be created & made live in minutes.
- Exporting customer lists and subscribers can be done in seconds.
Cons
- The Recurly system logs you out in minutes if it sits unused, which leads to users having to constantly log-in.
- Recurly does not allow for Google Analytic tracking all of the way through the checkout process.
- Since beginning with Recurly, our paid subscription counts have improved 7%. This is largely driven by the ability within Recurly to test various promotions and subscription pricing.
- The ability to have transparency in our monthly recurring revenue numbers have allowed us to accurately manage and forecast our subscription goals.
Recurly is extremely easy to use, and in the cases where questions arise, its resource library is extremely well organized & helpful. Its support team is quite responsive and helpful.
Recurly's implementation process was thorough & organized, allowing us to launch on time and within budget. Our CSM was available to answer questions and provide excellent recommendations and use-cases to follow.
