Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

In our organization, We use Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.2 for our mission critical servers in our DCs

Pros

  • Almost bug free, great customer support, it just works

Cons

  • Licensing confusion
  • Pricing
  • Pricing is expensive.
  • Licensing is confusing and expensive.
  • Product quality is great, excellent customer support.
I gave Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) this usability rating because, in my opinion, It is essentially balancing between price vs stability and support. For enterprises generally the CE editions don't work out.
