Relias is Reliable!
Overall Satisfaction with Relias Learning Management System
We use Relias across all of our programs and teams. We use it for initial orientation for new staff, as well as annual orientation for all staff. Before we started using Relias, we used paper training modules where staff would read and initial off on the training they completed. This caused two problems: we didn't know if the staff was actually reviewing the material, and it was also hard to track completion.
Pros
- Easy to navigate training modules.
- Managing curriculum and users is a pleasant experience.
Cons
- You should be able to purchase more seats without having to request it from Relias staff.
- Removing the pop ups when launching a new course, if possible.
- By using Relias, we stay in compliance with initial and annual training required by governing bodies.
- It allows for staff development where staff need additional training (CEUs).
