Overall Satisfaction with Relias Learning Management System
We use the Relias Learning Management System to do our annual employee training. We have also used the software to add extra coursework that we feel an employee may need to educate them about their job further. There are a ton of courses available to assign or that the employee can self assign themselves. The software is very easy to navigate through as well. I especially love how we can make up our own training and assign that to employees. I think that it is extremely important to have the flexibility to make our own training courses as we built it to be unique to our business.

- Reporting, Although the reporting feature generally is easy to get, sometimes I have found it challenging to get the information I am specifically looking for on one report.
- Easy product to use and navigate through.
We have used the Silver Chair; however, Relias Learning Management System purchased the Silver Chair. Before that, we would do all the training in house with an instructor.
