Overall Satisfaction with Relokia

We used Relokia for an automated migration from Zendesk to Freshdesk on a very tight timeline. Typically, this would be a manual process of copying every ticket and knowledge base article, consuming days of effort, or using an expensive contractor with custom tooling, again taking weeks.

Their mapping UI is intuitive and powerful, selecting the fields you want to use is a breeze, and adding custom fields is awesome. If the field doesn't exist in the destination service, they create it with the same labels and options. I was really impressed.

If I have another platform migration, I will first check if Relokia support it. The field mapping was exceptional, and they have a great system for testing, resetting, and re-testing your live data to ensure the mapping is 100% accurate.
