We use Reltio Connected Data Platform to manage our HCOs and HCPs for our Rare Disease business. The data is used to support Analytics, Incentive Compensation and other Commercial Operations.

I've had mixed experiences with support. Some questions get straight answers right away. Some take numerous back and forth with results being mixed despite providing full access and explanations. Those tickets always seem like they need someone that is rare or doesn't exist within Reltio to provide a response within a timely business manner.
