Overall Satisfaction with Remote Desktop Manager
We use it as a common platform for all users to store customer passwords and other relevant information from a project/customer. This makes it easier for us to know where everyone is storing their passwords, while we also know for a fact that they are stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Stores passwords and other information in a safe and secure way
- Gives you access to everything wherever you are, as long as you have internet access
- Easily scalable
- Inherit/access to files down in the folder-system could use an upgrade
- Safe, easy and secure password management
- Availability. You can access from your phone, computer, anywhere/everywhere
- Uptime! I've not experienced any downtime (other than maintenance) in my time using Remote Desktop Manager
- A common place for storage for all users. Instead of employees using multiple different password management systems, they all use Remote Desktop Manager to store them now.
- We don't have to buy licenses from multiple vendors when everyone uses Remote Desktop Manager.
