Overall Satisfaction with RemotePC

RemotePC is used as a source to can access to my office computer. I have a check reader/scanner attached to my office PC and it can only be used by my office computer. I am able to login and have someone run the checks through the reader and I am able to complete the deposit remotely.

Pros

  • Ability to have RemotePC on multiple computers
  • Secure password to login easily
  • Access and control my office computer with ease.

Cons

  • Having a short cut to transfer files
  • Improved authentication ability
  • Print at local printer from remote computer
  • Ability to login remotely from just about anywhere
  • Have issues at time with loss connection
  • Being able to use computer as if right in front of the computer.
At this point I have no issue with RemotePC's overall usability. It continues to meet my needs for what is required for me to run my business. I would like to see continued improvements with RemotePC's allowing me to continue to work remotely. Waking or starting the computer would be a plus.
Both RemotePC and AnyDesk work well and accomplishes the tasks that require the capabilities of each of the programs. They are very similar in everyway and I think it is a matter of preference to which program the user is more comfortable with and the cost of the programs and value.

Being able to use my office computer from any other computer with the RemotePC software seamlessly. Having the ability to control and access software and hardware just like working from my office computer. On the other side, the printing capabilities can be improved to allow for better remote printing. Otherwise the system works very well.
