The most important RemotePC usage as a Consultant is that I always use my home LAB Servers from so many places to give demos and create Virtual Labs on the go. I have Mac Air and still I have all the power to create huge labs on the go and thats all because of RemotePC and I can access my systems at home from anywhere in the world. A strongly recommended product to invest on
- Support Windows 11 very well which has some bugs with other Remote softwares
- Can control Remote Resolutions on the go
- Relative Mouse is very useful

Great value in remote access software!

RemotePC kept my vacation stress free
I broke My primary accounting laptop screen just prior to going on vacation out of the country. I purchased a small, cheap portable and installed RemotePC then left my primary at home powered on. I was able to do everything remotely as if I was sitting at my home office without having to install any additional software. Worked perfectly!

I use RemotePC to work from home. I previously used GoToMyPC and looked into your product. Pricing was so much better. I hoped that because the pricing was better that the product would not be slow. I was very happy to learn after using it was so much better!! Thank you for providing excellent pricing as well as an excellent product!

RemotePC solved a specific remote access problem - simply and efficiently. An excellent product that integrated without issue and quickly enable remote access to a server, and full control over both the Win OS as well as the Linux virtual boxes running on it. Would highly recommend RemotePC for any useage.

Remote access while on extended vacation. We have been using this solution for years. Reliable and usually resists reboots due to power outages or automatic updated. We are a very small organization so tunneling and other solutions are not cost effective.

RemotePC works and I like it
It is used for remoting in on demand and helping with any issue. Also, it is practical because the end user does not need to download agent every time. It is very easy for the end user and makes life easier for me as well. Overall it is a good product.

Good program at a reasonable price
I use this product so i can work from my home connected to my office computer. I had been using another product which changed their program, lost all of the old connections and provided no support to reconnect to the new one prompting me to search for an alternative. I came across RemotePC and decided to give it a try. The down load was exceptionally easy on both ends and it worked perfectly from the start. And the subscription price is considerably less than the one i was previously using. I have not had occasion to ask for technical support .

Why I find RemotePC better than all the rest...
I have provided IT support for numerous companies over the last 30 years. I've used Logmein, Go To My PC, Team Viewer, and most recently Barracuda RMM. Most of these tools work ok on Microsoft Operating Systems BUT have not worked smoothly on Apple Operating Systems. Almost every time there is a new operating system or a major OS update something breaks. I've wasted time with tech support and more often than not, I have to drive 10 or 20 miles to be onsite to fix the problem. It's important to me to have unattended access set up so I can maintain computers and not interrupt any client's productivity. For the first time in years, I am ecstatic because I've installed unattended access on several Apple computers running the latest operating system without any problems. Thank you RemotePC for a reliable and dependable product that is easy to install and use!!!

Worth every cent and more!
I manage dozens of properties in the South Florida area. I always need to be in touch with the tenants and owners of the properties. I also have many important documents that I need to access at my office computer. Since I do a lot of traveling, I depend on the electronic files and need access to them to do my job efficiently. I am currently in Oregon for 2 weeks and I am able to do all that is expected of me as if I am in South Florida. I have a couple of people in place to personally do whatever is needed in person, if needed. However, I need to do the test of the work needed to ensure that rents are paid, contracts are prepared, and much more. After carefully reviewing all the remote pc companies out there, I decided to give RemotePC a try. I am so glad I did. Everything I expected from them has been fulfilled. I am very happy and satisfied. I never have issues accessing my computer, and working as if I'm sitting in my office in Florida. Definitely a good choice!

I use RemotePC to access different computers on the network and provide support for the users. The use is to provide support for users at the company and provide routine maintenance. Common tasks are fixing printing issues, resolving software issues(word, excel, outlook, etc). I also use RemotePC to perform routine maintenance(updates, security fixes, etc). RemotePC is easy to use and setup and allows me access to the network via an online portal or stand alone app.
