Overall Satisfaction with Respond.io

Have been using Respond.io for 4 years now. Despite the fact that we always look for emerging technologies, never found any better solution. Support is outstanding. Using the features like channels creation and intergrations are super easy. One of the best features I use daily is the dashboard to monitor agents at a glance.
I strongly recommend it for any business industry.
