Overall Satisfaction with Review Trackers

We have been using Review Trackers for collecting reviews from our owners and tenants. It is being used across our entire company and is managed by two employees.
  • Review request emails.
  • Variety of emails to send and save.
  • Feedback positive before requesting review online.
  • Faster reporting from online review site.
  • Better customer service. Now that the employees get props for receiving reviews they are going that extra step more frequently.

Review Trackers is working great for us to increase the number of positive reviews we have online. I would prefer if the reviews pulled more frequently than once a day. We only have one location, but I like the fact that I can also add other locations if I needed to in the future.
