Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

In the first place we use Ridder iQ as an ERP system. Secondly we document all installed-bases of the systems we sell to our customers. As well as the scheduling and billing of repair and maintenance work after a project has been commissioned. We are currently evaluating the possibilities of the project-module.

Dutch Translation: Ten eerste gebruiken we Ridder iQ als ERP-systeem. Ten tweede documenteren we alle geïnstalleerde systemen die we aan onze klanten verkopen. Ook de planning en facturatie van reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden na oplevering van een project nemen we voor onze rekening. Momenteel onderzoeken we de mogelijkheden van de projectmodule.

Pros

  • Creating custom layouts
  • Easy functions as SUM, Qty etc
  • Mogelijkheden bij het bouwen van aangepaste filters
  • Aangepaste lay-outs maken
  • Eenvoudige functies zoals SOM, Aantal etc.

Cons

  • Ability to build a more detailled installed-base
  • Ability to print all barcodes related to a production order in one overview.
