Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

We use Ridder iQ as an erp system where we use it for steering our production on with the right documents and order of operations. Furthermore are sales also done to customers and financially its combined with Exact. We also use it as quality system and make 4D reports about failures we come across production.

Dutch Translation: We gebruiken Ridder iQ als ERP-systeem, waarmee we onze productie aansturen met de juiste documenten en de juiste volgorde van handelingen. Daarnaast verkopen we ook aan klanten en is het financieel geïntegreerd met Exact. We gebruiken het ook als kwaliteitssysteem en maken 4D-rapportages over storingen die we in de productie tegenkomen.

  • Open structure so that 3rd party can work with it aswell
  • Revisie van de assemblage
  • Boomstructuur van assemblages
  • Open structuur zodat ook derde partijen ermee kunnen werken

Cons

  • Revisioning of artikels
  • Internal orders with multicompany can only be of 1 type.
  • Revisie van artikelen
  • Interne orders met meerdere bedrijven kunnen slechts van 1 type zijn.
  • This is hard to quantify exactly but we are definitely more efficiënt since using Ridder iQ. We lose less time between operations.
  • Dit is moeilijk exact te kwantificeren, maar we zijn zeker efficiënter sinds we Ridder iQ gebruiken. We verliezen minder tijd tussen bewerkingen.
  • CASH
CASH was only financial system and was repurposed as planning for us. But lacks alot of functionality Ridder iQ gives us now.

Ridder iQ is good suited where you use machines that dont take days or weeks to operate. Since the planning in Ridder iQ is not that sophisticated it can give you troubles if there are delays and you have to replan any order. Planning is one area where there can be made improvements.

Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is zeer geschikt voor gebruik met machines die geen dagen of weken nodig hebben om te draaien. Omdat de planning in Ridder iQ niet zo geavanceerd is, kan het problemen opleveren als er vertragingen optreden en u een order opnieuw moet plannen. Planning is een gebied waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.
