Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

We use Ridder iQ throughout the organization. It starts at sales, wehere offers are put in Ridder and ends when invoices for projects are sent to the customer. Our CRM is external, however our sales from stock team does offers from Ridder iQ. Our projects - which range from as little as 1000 euros, to a few million, are all registered within Ridder iQ. This includes hours from our employees, external purchases and stock-management.

Het begint bij de verkoop, waar offertes in Ridder worden geplaatst, en eindigt wanneer de facturen voor projecten naar de klant worden verzonden. Ons CRM is extern, maar ons verkoopteam vanuit voorraad doet offertes vanuit Ridder iQ. Onze projecten - variërend van 1000 euro tot een paar miljoen - worden allemaal in Ridder iQ geregistreerd. Dit omvat uren van onze medewerkers, externe inkoop en voorraadbeheer.

Cons

  • filling out hours. every hour that has been put in, has to be approved by a manager end of week. We made up a way, how to check these hours. There is room for improvement.
  • Budgetdetails left to go broken up in multiple parts, but all costs going to the right budget. An option for aloowing budgets to overflow.
  • flexibility regarding the creation of widgets (symbols, colors and such)
  • PDA logistics does not run a local environment of Ridder.
  • Most important. Stockkeeping and anaylises are not available in Ridder
  • Planning for employees and projects.
  • Uren invullen. Elk gewerkt uur moet aan het einde van de week door een manager worden goedgekeurd. We hebben een manier bedacht om deze uren te controleren. Er is ruimte voor verbetering.
  • Budgetdetails moeten nog in meerdere delen worden opgesplitst, maar alle kosten gaan naar het juiste budget. Een optie om budgetten te laten overlopen.
  • flexibiliteit met betrekking tot het maken van widgets (symbolen, kleuren en dergelijke)
  • PDA Logistics draait geen lokale Ridder-omgeving.
  • Het belangrijkste. Voorraadbeheer en analyses zijn niet beschikbaar in Ridder.

What Ridder iQ does, it does particularly well. However, bookkeeping the work in progress, will empty out the whole project and it will not take proggression based revenue. But overall, I'm very pleased with the basic concept of Ridder iQ. Regarding the workflow of sales to engineering, to production engineering and procurement.

Dutch Translation: Wat Ridder iQ doet, doet het bijzonder goed. Het boeken van het werk in uitvoering maakt het hele project echter leeg en er is geen omzet gebaseerd op voortgang. Maar over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden over het basisconcept van Ridder iQ. Wat betreft de workflow van verkoop naar engineering, naar productie engineering en naar inkoop.
