Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

We use Ridder iQ in sales and production for two of our four companies. Ridder manages offers, orders, shop floor control, production, and invoicing. I am pretty happy with our freedom in Ridder, mostly in layouts and calculated columns.

Dutch Translation: We gebruiken Ridder iQ in de verkoop en productie voor twee van onze vier bedrijven. Ridder beheert offertes, orders, werkvloerbeheer, productie en facturatie. Ik ben erg tevreden over de vrijheid die we in Ridder hebben, vooral wat betreft lay-outs en berekende kolommen.

Ridder iQ is well suited for production plants that are order-based, like a machine shop. We also use Ridder for the reselling business. However, it is less appropriate for groundworks and road transport (with personnel and equipment planning). We need different software here.

Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is zeer geschikt voor ordergestuurde productielocaties, zoals een machinefabriek. We gebruiken Ridder ook voor de wederverkoop. Voor grondwerken en wegtransport (met personeels- en materieelplanning) is het echter minder geschikt. Hiervoor hebben we andere software nodig.
