Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP
We implemented RingEX's cloud based phone system for our live music venue. It is very easy to deploy and manage, users love it because of its ease of use for end users. A lot of functionalities are available, soft phone for laptop/cell phone, voicemail, conferencing, fax, etc. The Web Management console is pretty self explanatory and powerful for reporting and managing users and lines.
- Call routing is really easy to set up and very customizable.
- Conferencing features are well made and fast to implement within our organization.
- Love to be able to manage all services from the phone App. Also can make calls, receive texts, etc with the RingEX App.

RingEX appeared to be the best bang for the buck compared to other services. It offers the most features at the most competitive price. Also, user reviews were good and contributed a lot in making the final decision. I also manage a dedicated private PBX from NEC and it is nowhere near as easy to manage.
