Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using RingEX across several locations for both general VOIP capabilities as well RingEX Meetings.

Pros and Cons

I like the meetings capability. It seamlessly integrates with Outlook to make scheduling very easy.
The app works well across desktop and mobile platforms.

The VOIP service is a little laggy when we try to use it with other services like ConnectAndSell.
It would be great if you could set call recording preferences by state instead of generally.

Return on Investment

This is difficult to quantify. Clearly we have to have a phone system, but I couldn't quantify the ROI relative to another system.
