Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Contact Center

RingCentral Contact Center, internal communications via call and chat. Recently bought out by Belmar Pharma (looking to expand RC use). Really have very minimal issues with RC.

  • Future staff planning
The available options are enough for our company needs, internal and external. Never any complaints.
Use to use Echopass years back. RC is much more reliable and user friendly.
