Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Contact Center

Well, as an Inventory Control Tech, we use RingCentral Contact Center quite a bit to either inform customer drivers of their expected load or to speak to the coordinators who process the pick up or drop off of a load. Constantly I receive calls from drivers to confirm their pick up address and pick up Unit. Using RingCentral Contact Center is very convenient because if a call is missed, all the information you need to call back is displayed. I have had no problems using RingCentral Contact Center on a daily basis till this day. Plan to continue with the use of this and if I ever come across any trouble or problems, I will gladly make it come to your attention. Thanks for making my job easier.

  • Can't really find any other thing.
  • Great customer communication access.
  • Quick speed availability.
  • Great contact finder.
The way technology is advancing these years, I believe any new positive changes would be for the best for both parties. As it is, RingCentral Contact Center is a very useful service we are lucky to be able to use in this company. It will definitely be great to see new methods that will be used in the near future.
Once again, I have been fortunate to have been able to solve issues on incoming and outgoing loads. I have been able to direct customers to the indicating personnel regarding their issues. Texting with others has also made my job faster and easier. As far as the cost I have no clue, but if it has been available for this long, something is right.
I have only used RingCentral Contact Center since my new role as an Inventory Control Tech. Three years now.

A driver was lost and had tried contacting someone to guide him to our Laredo yard. He managed to get my number from another store and he got in contact with me. We were able to confirm his load and was directed to our Laredo yard. This gave me a heads up and prepared with plenty of time to get things ready.
