Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX as our main source of phone calls, faxes, and interoffice communication. While the texting feature was useful for a time, after the jump in solicitation, texts crossed with the owner's personal messages, and the added cost implemented by federal/state, we decided to cease the use of this feature.
- The desktop application is visually pleasing. The recent adjustments have been great improvements.
- The option to use the new features or continue with the previous version has been helpful to get used to the new features or looks.
- The email notifications, with transcripts have been so helpful as well.
- Admin capabilities within the desktop app, instead of being directed to the website.
- The transcript of calls has been a game changer. It has helped save time when getting back to a vendor or client because their wants/needs are right in front of you. This eliminates the need for lengthy calls, thus saving time.
As mentioned before, the transcript feature has been the most time-saving asset. Having the message able to refer back to helps me prepare for contacting the caller back. This allows me to get what they need and move on to my next task without having to listen to the actual message repeatedly or having to call and ask for their needs.
