Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX entral to streamline all of our calls and texts and easily connect our team without having to share personal cell numbers with each other or our clients. When I started my business, all calls and texts were going through my personal cell number. It's a relief to have business and personal separate now and everything streamlined for our team through the RingEX app. It's also nice to have after-hours messaging as well as a way for our clients to get through to us after hours if there is an emergency.

- The software and app are very intuitive and user-friendly, so it's easy to get started and get going on their system.
- They made it very easy for me to import all our client contact information and team members as users.
- Their online help menu is very good.
- Getting registered and set up for SMS/Text messaging was not an easy process.
- I hope RingEX improves its integration with Zapier to automate adding new client contact information into RingEX from our CRM.
- Better connectivity and communication with team messaging.
- Enhanced customer experience with call routing, after-hours messaging, and emergency routing.
- Better privacy for my team by not having to share their mobile numbers as users within RingEX.
- Easier onboarding of new teammates as new users in RingEX.
Our team communication has improved with messaging all consolidated through the app. It's easier for our teammates to individually reach out to one another for support as well instead of each of them having to share their personal mobile information. I also like how messaging history is saved in the event you need to revert back to an old conversation. I also love how it's easy to attach documents or photos through messaging as well. RingEX has really made it easy to onboard new teammates and keep us all connected.
