Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
I use RingEX to receive faxes from banks with Payoff Statements required in sales closings. I also use it in general if I need to send or receive a fax for a real estate transaction.
- It is very easy to download a document and print it out.
- It is very easy to send a fax from my computer, by simply browsing the documents.
- Ring central is very good at communicating if there has been an issue with a fa so that I know to address it and correct it
- On rare occasion, I have had issues with faxes failing to send.
- RingEX has worked extremely well for the purposes. I need it for my law practice.
It is great to have ability to receive and send faxes in one location, and to simply download and print out statements that I require in the closing process.
