Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I use RingEX on my desktop and on the road. My smartphone and desphone ring together when I receive incuming call. Also, I send and receive SMS with my clients. And finally, I use RingEX to learn the platform.

  • Get assistance from RingCentral when I need it.
The service has been interrupted only once a couple of minutes in 3 years.
I can manage the list of my ringing devices at anytime when needed.
Very useful when having call quality issues. Whe can know if the problems is coming from our side or from both sides.

Hard to port a personnal phone number to a business phone service.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - That was a good idea to move to RingEX.
