Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
RingEX is a very powerful tool. We are a small business that depends on RingEX for all of our calls and texting to clients and employees. I can see that the capability goes far beyond our needs, which is good to know that we can grow with them and not need to change vendors.

- I could use a simplified version for the needs of our company, but I am always able to reach support who walks me through step by step to accomplish whatever I need. There are far more features available than we need at this point.
- I am able to quickly communicate using their text messaging at a reasonable rate.
We are more productive because I can see messages on my phone or computer so I never miss messages or calls.
