Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We have used RingEX for our business for six years now. We have never had any issues with reliability over the entire time. Available features, such as conference numbers, voice mail, fax, etc, are comprehensive. We also use reporting features to see the number of calls, call length, etc. Overall, I am thrilled with the service and glad we switched from another vendor.
