- Set-up was well structured, and programmers made adjustments for items we requested
- conversion was quick and easy
- Sales team worked with us to get to pricing we had budgeted for
Cons
- Tech support
- Analytics/dashboards are nice
- Will help us to reach younger membership
- Tech support a little on slow side
Comcast had no analytics and horrible customer service from my experience
