Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX in our organization by having linking our business phone number to all our the employees personal cellular devices. It it helpful by keeping everybody on the same page as to which clients are calling or needed their issues addresses. The business problems the product addresses would be allowing us all to take calls, send quick messages to each other, and allow up to hold video meetings if somebody is unable to be in office.

Pros

  • Making sure all devices are able to ring at the same time.
  • The customer support team is always knowledgeable on how to help.
  • Allowing the program to be ran from both phones and desktops.

Cons

  • To set actual business hours to send calls to voicemail.
  • Remember the line that was answered to customers don't have to be transferred looking for who they spoke to last.
  • Add better on-hold ringtones.
  • The overall savings cost compared to other applications.
  • Quick ability to transfer, hold, or add another person into a call.
  • Recording calls to later go back for any information you may have missed.
I would rate a 10 because RingEX is always available, whether I'm on the desktop or away with my phone. It makes me feel closer to my customers knowing I can help them no matter my location.
RingEX has helped with processes being better and faster because as to taking notes during important calls, I can use to voice recording feature to go back and listen. It is not only helpful for me, but to my team as a whole because if I ever have a question I don't know how to word correctly, or answer, I can use to playback to full satisfy my customers needs.

A specific scenario I would use to recommend RingEX is when nobody in the business could figure out the call queue option for a new employee and the friendly service team had our issue fixed in minutes.
