Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Using RingEX allows my company to add and manage our phone lines with ease. We love that we can create our own IVR menus and customize who the lines ring to, when, and how. RingEX makes it easy for our franchise style company to keep our phone systems organized for our parent company and locations.

Pros

  • Customer Service - Every time I have called in the agent was able to help me quickly and they are always kind.
  • Customization - Our phone lines are able to be fine tuned to our needs.
  • Reporting - Data on every aspect of our phone system is easy to retrieve.

Cons

  • Training on how to set-up the account / IVR menus
  • Helping customers to understand what licenses are for and when they are needed
  • We do not have hard data on this but I am confident it has increased our revenue by allowing us to have our phones answered after hours by setting our phones to ring in a specific order. If the first two people are unavailable, it goes to the own of the company who can answer the call day or night if they choose.
I have never had an issue with our phone service with RingEX. It works just as well as my regular celluar provider.
We mostly use RingEX for our phone system and have not taken advantage of the video call or messaging. In the past, I used the company directory to link up with fellow franchisees who I may have never gotten in contact with. This helped me grow my business by learning and connecting with others. Our analytics help is to decide when to have more people on the phones and plan for hiring by seeing call volume at certain dates and times and number of missed calls.
Nextiva's service did not always work. Calls sometimes did not come through or go out. Their customer service team was not quick at solving issues. The app was glitchy and did not always allow you to login. I have never had an issue like this with RingEX.

It is perfect for franchises. You can take this task off your locations plate and make sure it is done correctly. Any other business could benefit from this as well. Instead of purchasing a new phone and new plan RingEX makes it easy cost effective by having an app that meets all needs like texting, calling, video chat, voicemail, etc. We opted for the voicemails to be transcribed and sent to sales if it is a sales line or our csr if it is a service line and this has been great so we kill two birds with one stone by checking our emails.
