Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
We are a small company of 1 location and 7 employees and I manage ADP for all employees. [This includes] Their wages, vacation, sick, and any bonuses, pay raises and/or dental, and gym memberships.
Any problems we have had were handled very quickly. Everyone I have spoken to at ADP was very courteous and friendly. I never give anyone a five or ten in reviews, there is always room for improvement.

Pros
- Correcting mistakes I've made
- Help with understanding anything new that comes out
- Last but not least they very quickly fix any problem and get back to you in a timely [manner]
Cons
- There is probably something that can be improved, but for what my company uses everything is easy to use.
- It has saved us a lot of time and money. They handle any changes that the government makes.
