HR help desk great. No issues Have used Employee handbook very helpful with getting information for applicants.
I use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll, employee information, direct deposit, employee access. No major problems that weren't solved.
Pros
- No payroll issues.
- Able to write paper checks with taxes and deductions calculated
- Deductions and garnishments are simplified
Cons
- If you owe employee and they no longer are employed, need area for that
- other explanations for termination or allow to add information
