Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have not used an HR features with RUN Powered by ADP in fact I was not aware that there were these features. I have used the POSTER Compliance feature which has been beneficial to us to keep us in compliance and elevate the pressures of staying on top of the changes that happen so often.
We use RUN Powered by ADP for all of our payroll processing this is for employees and contractors. Payroll law is always changing and it is challenging to stay on top of the revolving changes. RUN Powered by ADP simplifies all of our payroll needs and in addition it is an added value as it also serves as our Human Resources employee system.
Pros
- Deliver timely and accurate payroll checks / deposits to employees.
- Timely files and pays all of our payroll tax obligations.
- Keeps us in the loop of payroll law and compliance.
- Gives our employees access to their payroll records.
Cons
- I would welcome changes to the reports provided for payroll.
- I would love to see custom fields that could be added by the user for tracking such as custom field for lets say a driver license number.
- I would like to see more pay history on the employee pages for example a pay raise section that shows each change and when it was made.
- I would like to be able to set up a deduction ahead of time and schedule the pay date it starts.
- A positive impact that RUN has had for us is employee satisfaction of the on demand access to pay stubs and W2s.
- Another positive impact that RUN has had is making changes and revisions to employee records easier and allowing tracking of such changes.
This has been a wonderful capability that has been added to our company. Before RUN Powered by ADP I spent a lot of time copying and scanning pay stubs on demand for employees. When W2's copies were needed again I was digging through files looking for them. The portal allows employees instant access to this information without taking time away from my workday to complete these requests.
Absolutely! Quarter ends for payroll filings were a nightmare before remembering when to pay the taxes and if it was a check or an ACH was a nightmare. Now RUN Powered by ADP does that for me and I know the returns are completed accurately and timely without worry.
